I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, and I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught on autopilot.

Absolutely. You're fully in control the entire time. You can't be made to do anything you don't want to do. It's simply a deeply relaxed state that makes it easier to absorb new, helpful patterns.

Most clients notice a shift in how they're feeling within 3-4 sessions. Long-term change takes consistent practice, but you'll leave every session with tools you can use immediately.

Most of my clients haven't. I'll guide you through everything step by step. There's no "right way" to do this - just show up as you are.

Yes! Sessions are available both in-person and online via video call. Both are equally effective.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. The number you need depends on what you're working on - some clients feel better after 4-6 sessions, others prefer ongoing support. We'll discuss this in your discovery call.
